Company Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (e.g., websites, content, or campaigns) will transfer to you, excluding proprietary tools or templates used during project creation.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial information, and proprietary tools or processes.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

RT Consult and Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the preceding six months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

Upon termination, you will be responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

Certain provisions of these Terms, including confidentiality, payment obligations, and intellectual property, shall survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Charleston County, South Carolina.
